Munira Mendonca began working with leather in the 70’s when she arrived to Bubion, a small village in southern Spain, in the province of Granada. It was there that she learned and developed a passion for this traditional craft as she worked for some years in that beautiful setting.Now we find her workshop in the lovely old city of Granada where Islamic art pervades as is demonstrated by the famous Palace of the Alhambra which crowns the city.
